What to Include in Your Email
Copy and paste the template below into your email. Fill in whatever you can. Leave blank whatever you can’t. We use the same fields across all of our case files, so even partial information is useful.

🔓 Privacy Statement
The Omni Ledger does not operate any database, form backend, or data storage system. The only record of anything you share is the email you send. That email lives in a private inbox accessible only to the site founder. No information you share will be stored on any website server, third-party service, or cloud storage platform. If you request confidentiality, your information will never be published, referenced, or shared in any form. If you request that your story be removed from our records entirely, send an email and it will be deleted permanently.
A Note on What We Do With Your Story
If you give us permission to publish, your account will be treated with the exact same editorial standards as every other case file on this site. We will present it honestly, label it with an appropriate credibility classification, note any limitations in the evidence, and give you full final review before anything goes live. We don’t sensationalize. We don’t embellish. We document and let the facts speak.
If you want to remain anonymous, we will list you only as “Anonymous witness” with whatever geographic information you’re comfortable with. No first name, no identifying details — ever.
If you don’t want your story published at all, it still matters. Sometimes the most important thing is simply having a record in a place where someone takes it seriously. That counts. Your experience counts.
