Every one of those findings was immediately and explicitly qualified by the observatory itself, and those qualifications are just as central to what "TÜBİTAK's finding" actually was as the headline non-hoax result. Director Eker stated directly that classifying the footage as an unidentified flying object "absolutely does not mean" the images depicted an extraterrestrial craft.
